Eddie Gillin joined Harris Crab House in August 2014 as a line cook. His work shows that he cares about creating menu items that are pleasing to our customers.
Eddie graduated from Chesapeake College with an Associates Degree and has continued his education at Anne Arundel Community College in their Culinary Arts Program, Hotel/Restaurant Management Program and the Baking and Pastry Program.
He will graduate from these programs in Spring 2018 and put that knowledge to work in our kitchen. We look forward to Eddie being a leader on our team and seeing what he creates in the future!
